Work at Aetna Family Clinic, in Nichada club, 39/626 Soi Nichada Thani T.Bang Talad A.Pakkred Nonthaburi 11120 Responsibilities -Written and telephonic customer service for questions, information, appointments and concerns regarding vHealth services. -Assist in other activities as needed to ensure smooth and efficient vHealth operations. -Scheduling of teleconsultations and other vHealth services. -Scheduling of appointments with third party partners as directed by vHealth Physician. -Assisting vHealth Physician in scheduling outbound teleconsultation, follow ups. etc. -Assist patients with obtaining prescribed medicines thru pharmacy partners. -Survey customers monthly for quality assurance. -Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation in the system and in patients medical record.
